		<description>TEN PERCENT keyword density?  That's way over the top.  I've found that the right H1 tags, titles, initial keyword placement and about a 1-2% appearance rate will do the trick.

I can't imagine anyone is still running around getting the job done at something just under the 10% mark.</description>
